Hello again

Well Mark and I have had a reasonable week - on Monday particularly, we attended a Landrover Defender 2007 day at Eastnor castle - it was fab!

We started the day with a 2 1/2 hour off-road drive experience. We were allocated a Defender double-cab pickup just like Mark's current vehicle, and off we went - it was just like you see on the telly. The vehicle just kept going and going (except the once when I was driving and we had to back up and give it a bit more welly!) I took loads of pics of the vehicle on front of us, just to show what the terrain was like - I'll put them up in my next blog when I get home from Blackpool.

In the afternoon, we had a number of things to choose from - including clay pigeon shooting, gun dog display (fantastic!), zip wire across the lake from the top of the tower (scary - but in a good sort of way!). They had a traditional butcher there, and Mark tried a "rook & rabbit" burger - interesting! All in all - I think I will buy another Land Rover - I was sold!

Other than that - its been pretty ordinary really - Jack finishes on Friday for half term (wow that came round quickly!)

I'll put the pics up over the weekend.
