Oh my goodness - was it really June when I updated last! That is unforgivable!

So, what been happening?

July 08:

Jack went off to Greece (Athens) and had a great time - took loads of photos this time (as opposed to the 2 pics he took in Barcelona last year!) Here are a couple:

I went on a course with my friend Carol, and we had a great time. I will take some more photographs of my cards (if I remember :-( but I'm not very good at remembering!).

August 08:

Well, as you probably realise if you are in the UK, the rain didn't stop for most of August, and our holiday in Cornwall was "rain-affected" (to use a cricketing term!). However, we were going to enjoy ourselves, come what may! We did some walking and did manage to get into the sea. We also visited Lanhydrock, Port Issac, Rock and Charlestown.

September 08:

Well this month has bought more activity to save the Dodford Inn. The owners have now decided to launch an appeal against their overwhelming defeat in May for the "change of use" planning application. So, its all hands to the pump - help us if you can go to the website and follow the links (http://www.savethedodford.co.uk).

Well that's it for the time being - I will set my self a challenge to get back within 1 month (ha ha ha - lets see!).
